As an operations and business strategy expert, I've had the opportunity to help business owners scale and grow their company. And you know what I first ask them after they give me all the details about their vision and where they want to go? How much time are you investing in your personal growth? Even with a team, the weight of the company rests on you. It's your investment, your family, your house on the line. This keeps many entrepreneurs up at night. What steps are you taking to succeed beyond standard norms, CONSISTENTLY, WHILE MAINTAINING GOOD HEALTH AND STRONG RELATIONSHIPS? If you don't have a personal development plan, we'll talk about how to develop one because first things, first. In my experience, successful business growth happens faster, and is more profitable, when you invest in yourself. For those that are strong in this area and feel you have the capacity and support to take on the challenge, great! I'll make sure you're asking the right questions for sustainable and responsible growth and show you the do's and don'ts when it comes to growth strategy. Andy Rooney once said "everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you’re climbing it.” Let's do this.
With a background in operations and business management, I've developed a knack for seeing holes in processes and building systems to fix them. I became a Certified Mindset & Success Coach when I saw a huge gap in how business leaders were plagued by burnout, allowing that to trickle through the company, and the lack of resources available to help. For generations we’ve been conditioned to work in a way that is not sustainable for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. I believe true success is defined by our physical, mental and relational health. I saw so many people, including me, who were struggling to maintain their relationships while juggling work, family and all the hills and valleys of life. So, I started with myself. Through therapy, coaching, and practicing meditation, I was able to break free from perfectionism and people pleasing, overthinking and burnout. I created the Higher Perspective Program to help people identify areas where they may need to change direction, or get unstuck. On our coaching journey, we take a birds-eye-view approach in order to have “vision beyond” (a phrase coined by one of my mentors, Brendon Burchard), and find the answers within. I firmly believe we are more capable of solving our own problems than we give ourselves credit for. My job is to ask the right questions to bring the answers to the surface.I am a successful coach because I am both empathetic and persistent. I have a diverse background that allows me to relate to business owners, moms, random people in the grocery store, and so on. I love people and I love getting to know them. Most of all, I love helping them create a life that is chosen, not one that just happens by chance.
